Scale is scoped separately from $2,500/month and is agreed in conversation rather than bought online.
Ownership, plainly
The build starts the relationship. The ongoing work earns it.
You keep your domain and the content you supply. The website is built as part of the membership. Its initial build value is agreed with you in writing before the membership begins, and reduces by one twelfth for each qualifying paid month, reaching zero after twelve.
The ongoing service is month to month and can be stopped from your portal. Stopping it does not itself trigger a charge. A balance applies only if you choose to take the website before that value reaches zero. Summit's own tools and third-party licences that cannot transfer are excluded. Read the full terms.

Is there an upfront website build fee?
No — there is no separate upfront website build fee. The website is built as part of the membership. Your first membership payment is due at signup, and the initial build value is agreed with you in writing beforehand; it only becomes payable if you choose to take the website before twelve qualifying paid months.
Is this software I need to learn?
No. Summit is a fully managed service. AI supports our delivery process; our team handles strategy, execution and quality review.
Can I join without a sales call?
There's always at least one short conversation. Before the membership goes live, we agree your scope and initial build value with you in writing. Start with the Talk to Summit form at the top of this page.
Can I stop the membership?
Yes. The ongoing service can be stopped from your portal, effective at the end of the period you have paid for. Taking the website with you is a separate decision governed by the ownership schedule above.
Do you guarantee rankings or revenue?
No. Visibility, traffic and revenue depend on factors beyond Summit's control. We commit to clear priorities, agreed deliverables and reviewing what changed.
