Terms of service
These terms describe how a Summit Growth OS membership works. They are a working draft under review and are superseded by the specific agreement signed with your business.
1. What the membership is
A Summit Growth OS membership is an ongoing managed service. Depending on your plan it includes your website, hosting and maintenance, an agreed strategy cadence, and continuous expert-managed, AI-assisted improvement work within an agreed scope. Work is prioritised together with you; capacity is agreed rather than unlimited.
2. What is not included
Custom applications and any work outside the agreed membership scope are scoped and quoted separately. Third-party subscriptions and licences you need for your own business are yours.
3. Pricing and billing
Site is $399 per month, Site + Visibility is $599 per month and Growth is $1,799 per month. Scale starts from $2,500 per month and is scoped to your requirements before it begins. Billing is monthly in advance and handled by our payment provider; card details are entered on their secure pages and never stored by Summit. Prices quoted here apply to new memberships. Existing agreements keep the pricing already agreed.
4. Stopping the membership
The ongoing growth service can be stopped before twelve months. You can request cancellation from your portal without a call or a survey. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and we show you that date before you confirm. We confirm cancellation only once our payment provider has recorded it.
5. Website transfer
Taking the website is a separate decision from stopping the membership. Where a website build is included in your membership, the initial build value is agreed with you in writing before your membership starts. If you want the website transferred, the remaining balance of that value is payable: it reduces by one twelfth for each qualifying paid month and reaches zero after twelve. Cancelling on its own does not trigger this charge. You own your domain and the content and assets you supply throughout. A transfer covers the website build and excludes Summit's proprietary services and tools and any third-party licence that cannot be transferred. Which months qualify is set out in your agreement.
6. Programme participants
Agency and Affiliate Programme participation is subject to approval and to the programme terms provided on approval. Agency eligibility requires being an agency and actively managing the client relationship. See Agency Program and Affiliate Program.
7. What we do not promise
We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, revenue or any specific result or timescale. We describe what work we will do, not what outcome the market will produce.
