Is there a build fee?: No setup fee and no build invoice, just $399 a month. It's a 12-month membership: if you take the website with you before twelve months, the remaining build balance applies. Cancelling the service on its own doesn't trigger it.
What if I want more ongoing work?: Site + Visibility adds monthly AI-answer work for $599/mo. Growth adds Google Business Profile and directory listing management.
Can I make changes?: Yes. The $399 plan includes a monthly change allowance: 2 hours a month (about 3 small edits, like text, a photo, hours or a link). Bigger work is quoted first.
