You are an agency
The program is open to agencies only. Individuals, referrers and non-agency businesses are not eligible — the Affiliate Program is the right fit there.
Agency Program
Summit's Agency Program is built for agencies that actively manage their client relationships and want a senior delivery team handling ongoing website, SEO, AEO, content and technical work behind them.
Who qualifies
The program is open to agencies only. Individuals, referrers and non-agency businesses are not eligible — the Affiliate Program is the right fit there.
Agency status requires that you remain the client's primary relationship owner: scope conversations, priorities, feedback and account communication stay with you.
Deliverables, timelines and any custom application work are agreed per client. Custom applications are scoped and quoted separately from memberships.
How the relationship works
Strategy conversations, expectations and day-to-day account communication sit with your agency.
Website build, hosting and maintenance, SEO and AEO, content and technical improvement work, delivered under the membership your client is on.
Membership scope is written down per client so both teams work from the same plan.
If things change
Agency status depends on actively managing your client relationships. If an agency stops managing its clients, or leaves the Agency Program, Summit may transition that agency to affiliate status and continue paying eligible referral commissions on affiliate terms.
Commissions already earned are preserved, and historical records of referrals and payments are retained.
Commission percentages, effective dates and notice periods, payout timing and detailed eligibility rules are being finalised and will be stated in the program agreement. This page does not set those terms.
Commission
| Active paying managed memberships | Commission rate |
|---|---|
| 1 – 10 | 20% |
| 11 – 20 | 25% |
| 21 – 30 | 30% |
| 31 – 39 | 35% |
| 40+ | 40%Subject to account review and agency responsibilities. |
You qualify from your first paid managed membership. Your rate is recalculated monthly, looking forward, across your eligible managed portfolio. Commission is paid on collected membership revenue after discounts and refunds, and excludes tax and separately scoped work. A free month earns no commission. Rate changes are never applied retroactively. Payout timing and transition notice are set out in the programme agreement.
Apply
Your application is saved and stays pending until a Summit admin reviews it. Approval is what grants agency access — nothing is granted automatically.
