Homeowners can’t tell if you serve their area
Service areas are vague or hidden. Clear area and service pages help the right homeowner know quickly that you’re the company to call.
For home service businesses
Summit is an ongoing, expert-managed growth partnership for established trades — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing and more. We keep your services, service areas and contact options clear and current, and keep working on local visibility, with a premium website included.
No separate upfront website build fee — your first membership payment is due at signup. A named Summit team stays on the work after launch.

Where growth stalls
01
Service areas are vague or hidden. Clear area and service pages help the right homeowner know quickly that you’re the company to call.
02
A buried phone number or a long form loses people. We make calling, texting your team or sending a request simple on every page and every phone.
03
New services, new towns, seasonal offers, updated hours — they rarely make it online. With an ongoing team, updates get done.
What the team does
A Summit team plans, implements and reviews improvements within your agreed scope, using AI-assisted tools with people making the decisions.
Service and service-area pages
Clear, accurate pages for what you do and where you do it, written with your team.
Convenient enquiry paths
Click-to-call, short request forms and clear next steps, built to work well on a phone.
Local search foundations
Structure, content and technical work for local search and AI answer tools, plus guidance on keeping your business listings accurate.
Hosting, security and upkeep
Maintained, secured and updated by the same team — no chasing a freelancer for changes.
Illustrative work list
This month’s priorities
An example of how agreed work is tracked in your portal — not a client record.
Ongoing, not one-off
Hours, services, areas and offers change. With Summit, those changes go on a shared list and get done — quarterly improvements on Foundation, monthly work on Growth.
Memberships
Both include a premium website, hosting, maintenance and expert support. The difference is how often growth work happens.

How it works
Step 1
We talk through your services, areas and how customers reach you today.
Step 2
You choose a membership and we agree the initial build value in writing before it goes live.
Step 3
Strategy, design and development of your new site with your team’s input.
Step 4
Ongoing strategy, improvements and review — on a quarterly or monthly cadence.
Clear from the beginning
Yes. We build the site around the ways homeowners already reach you — your phone number, request forms or an existing online booking link — so enquiries arrive where your team works today. Deeper connections to scheduling or field-service software can be discussed and scoped separately.
No separate upfront website build fee. The website is built as part of the membership, and your first membership payment is due at signup.
Foundation ($799/mo) includes a quarterly strategy review and one quarterly content piece or conversion improvement. Growth ($1,799/mo) adds monthly strategy and ongoing monthly search, AI-answer, content and conversion work.
The ongoing service is month to month and can be stopped from your portal; stopping does not itself trigger a charge. You keep your domain and the content you supply. If you want to take the website before twelve qualifying paid months, a separately agreed initial build balance applies, reducing by one twelfth per qualifying paid month. Summit's own tools and non-transferable third-party licences are excluded.
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee those. What we commit to is the agreed work: a clear plan, implemented improvements, and a review of what changed.
Custom applications and workflow tools are scoped and priced separately, after a conversation about what you need.
Start a conversation
A short note is enough. A person at Summit reads every enquiry and replies with an honest view on fit and which membership makes sense.
