A website worth showing off.
A custom digital experience built around your business, your customers and what happens next.
How it works
Summit Growth OS is a managed membership: expert-led, AI-assisted work delivered continuously within an agreed scope. Here is what actually happens, in order.
Before anything is charged, we get specific about the business, the market and the result you need.
Most projects go wrong because nobody wrote down what winning looks like. So we start there: where enquiries come from now, what a good month looks like, and which pages actually carry the weight.
Scale memberships are scoped individually, so the price is agreed here rather than published. If a website build is part of your membership, the initial build value and the terms attached to it are agreed with you in writing before checkout.
Goals
Priorities

Onboarding happens in your portal. It is a checklist, not a project management exercise.
You tell us what the business does, who you are trying to reach, and your primary goal. Anything you already have — logo files, photography, existing copy — goes in the same place so we are not rebuilding what already works.
We then confirm the domain and account access needed to connect hosting and analytics. Access is shared through secure channels; we do not ask for passwords over email or chat.

Within your agreed membership scope, we design and build the site, you review, we refine, then it goes live.
You see real pages rather than abstract mock-ups, and your feedback is specific and page by page. We are opinionated about structure — where the action sits, what earns space above the fold — and we explain why.
Your domain and the content you supply stay yours throughout. Nothing about the build changes that.

The team reviews, prioritises, implements and reviews again — every month on Growth — with your change allowance and support running alongside it on every plan.
This is the part that separates a membership from a one-off project. The site keeps changing because the evidence keeps changing: what people search for, what they click, which pages carry enquiries.
Strategy cadence and how much work sits in a month depend on your membership. Requests go through the portal, so you can always see the status of what you have asked for.
What sits on this list, and how much of it, depends on your membership.

Launch is day one, not the finish line. Your Summit team sets the priorities, checks the work and keeps the plan grounded in your business.

The improvement cycle
Ongoing growth work is a rhythm rather than a burst of activity. Each pass through the loop makes the next one better informed. Growth runs it every month; Site and Site + Visibility work through a monthly change allowance.
Strategy
We look at what the evidence says and decide what deserves attention this month.
Implement
The agreed work gets built — pages, content, technical fixes, tracking.
Review
We look at what changed and what it tells us, and record it honestly.
Next priorities
That review sets the next month's list. The site keeps compounding.
Then it begins again. How much work sits in a month, and how often we review strategy with you, depends on your membership.
A change to a price, a new team member to add, something that looks wrong — raise it in the portal and it goes to the team with the rest of the work. You can see the status of every request in one place, and anything urgent is triaged against what is already in flight.
We use AI to move faster through research, analysis and repetitive build work. The decisions about what to change, and the work that ships, stay with people who are accountable for the result.

Ownership
The ongoing growth service can be stopped before twelve months. You cancel from your portal — there is no call you have to sit through first. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and we show you that date before you confirm.
That is a separate decision. If you want the website transferred before twelve qualifying paid months, the initial build balance is payable — the amount agreed with you up front, reduced by one twelfth per qualifying paid month and zero after twelve. Cancelling on its own does not trigger a charge. A transfer excludes Summit's proprietary services and tools and third-party licences that cannot transfer.
Custom applications are scoped and priced per project, separately from your membership.
Compare the memberships and start when you are ready, or talk it through with us first. Either way works.
Website upkeep, a maintenance plan, and a managed growth membership are three different things at three different price points. Here's a plain scope comparison, the real Summit prices, and the questions worth asking any provider.

A fair comparison of hiring in-house, contracting an agency, and a hybrid model, covering the real cost of each, how capability breadth differs from capacity, and the questions worth asking before committing to any of them.

Website as a service means a monthly membership instead of a one-time build. Here is what you own throughout, how a transferable website works after the fact, and a fair comparison to buying a site outright.
